Chipotle Mexican Gril l in Carle Place

Always got the wrong order or incomplete orders when ordered online👎🏼

Though their food is fresh at this chipotle they are VERY skimpy they barely give you anything and if you ask for double they throw on a few extra pieces of chicken literally like 5 more pieces of meat. A joke. Not the friendliest staff either. Clean restaurant. Plenty of places to sit and eat. They have seating out out in this glass bubble before you walk into the restaurant which is pretty cool.

The food is ALWAYS great and This Team was AWESOME great service and super efficient! A well oiled machine!!

Been coming to this Chipotle for a long time now, I make every Friday chipotle day for me, love the food and quick service you get from the staff.

Would certainly recommend trying out this place. Fantastic character, flavorful dishes, fantastic service. Highly recommended.

Fresh food at this chipotle but they are VERY (EXTREMELY) skimpy. Don't expect them to pile the food on your burrito bowl or taco. They give the bare minimum. Even when you ask for double meat they throw on about 5 more pieces of meat. They are not the friendliest staff. They will not greet you with a smile and a hello. You walk in and they just stare. You say hello and they say what would you like. I'd rather go where people are friendly and they great you with a smile. The beans were a little watery. The other chipotles beans are much better but their chicken was fresh. You may get a few charred pieces. On a good note the restaurant is pretty clean.

I eat in this place many times a year! This is my favorite spot to eat. I go there at least once a month. The food is very good, the team is friendly and the price is reasonable. I enjoy going in this restaurant to have a decent meal.

I really love chipotle and I went today to get the new carne asada ,but was not in the menu today. Dispise the small disappointment . I still enjoy the meal and most of all I made my kids happy, they love Chipotle.

The manager are very friendly and understanding. Never had issues with the workers working there. Their always attentive and nice with the guest. And overall the store has a positive great atmosphere. I recommend this store instead of the one in Roosevelt Field.

The food is always good and the service always great. The workers are friendly and helpful. Been going to this specific location for years and never had a complaint. Getting nearby parking can sometimes be a pain if you go around peak hours for lunch and dinner but that's not really the restaurant's fault and I don't hold it against them, just thought it might be helpful to know for anyone reading!

Poor service and badly prepared food.

They serve the lowest quantity of all the chipotle's (Chicken bowl) I have been to. Taste is okay.

Here's the deal; the food is very enjoyable, but its temperature after a nine minute car ride is not. Lukewarm at best. Borderline cold. It's something they must look at improving.

Usually everything is great at this location. However, all 5 employees today behind the counter (cooking, serving, and cashier) all had their masks under their nose or on their chin which is kinda gross

This one is the best Chipotle. Taste so good than other Chipotle. White Rice very very delicious!!!! I love it. !

There was once a time where you could get a well wrapped burrito at any Chipotle. These days you almost just have to eat out of a bowl, the service quality at most Chipotle branches I've been to has degraded considerably. They threw a new person on the line without giving him any basic training, he didn't know what pinto beans were. This review definitely applies to this particular branch today, but I could almost throw this review at any Chipotle I go to.

I like this Chipotle better than the others. Very good food. Sometimes the staff is friendly.

Great customer service, the General Manager Michael is a very personable guy. The food was great, and the place was clean. I recommend the Carle Place location, and think it stands above the others.

I recommend getting two soft or hard tacos. Still enough food but less money.

Maybe their food is good but I didn’t get a chance to taste it. The delivery driver could not figure out how to get to our hotel. We were only a mile away. No Food, No refund. No customer Support from the manager. Wonder if the delivery driver ate it! I will never order from any Chipotle again!!!

Great casual mexican food. Items are fresh, portions sized are filling and I was in and out of there pretty quick. Prices are fair and great options for vegetarians, the sofritas are a great meat substitute.

Staff is quick and the food is good. The actually sit down area is generally very clean. Can't really go wrong if you're looking for a burrito or burrito bowl.

Went there on one of the hottest day and of course with my luck that day the soda machine was out of service, but I was determined to have my bowl since I was starving so I ordered my bowl got an ice tea not from the soda machine but it wasn't so cold so I asked one of the guy for some ice and he gave me a big cup of ice which is what I need for the (not so cold) ice tea. Enjoyed my meal and ice tea, would of love a lemonade or Arnold Palmer but we can't always get what we want😂

I call this unique restaurant many times because I enjoy the special air that is part of this place. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and experienced. The service is impressively fast. Not to mention, the food they prepare is great. I ate there many times and I was always joyful. The expense is honest. I highly recommend this restaurant to all my friends.

i asked for guac they gave me a quarted of a scoop and same goes for everything i just spent 40$ for the 3 small microscopic burritos while at other places their 3x the size. i feel betrayed but chipotle ily

Standard Chipolte location with decent burritos and good chips. Guacamole is not very good, but the salsa options are good.

This used to be my favorite place but the quality and customer service has hit an all time low. Went there last night. Cashier was rude and burrito was super soggy for a vegan. Not again.

This used to be a great location for Chipotle, one of the best on Long Island. The sanitary standards have been slowly declining but as of writing this, they are at or below a checkers fast food stop. Perhaps the employees are overworked and underpaid. I highly advise against getting food from this a chipotle, there is a significant possibility for cross contamination.

I often take my friends to this place with my warmest recommendations. I go their often. This recommendation is always successful. The meals are fantastic and the stuff is attentive and cooperative. Whenever we go to this place we enjoy a pleasing time. I warmly recommend this restaurant.

The food is very good, but 3 out of 4 of the orders preparing food had face masks under their nose and were breathing directly over the food. Almost walked out, but was very hungry.
